If you can't remember your password there's no need to create a new account. Open the sign-in page and choose Forgot password. Enter the email address you signed up with and Accessibird will send you a recovery link.
Use the recovery link
Open the email and click the link. You'll land on the /reset-password page where you can choose a new password. Pick something strong that you don't use elsewhere, confirm it and submit. Accessibird signs you in automatically with the new credentials.
If the email never arrives
Recovery emails sometimes get caught by spam filters. Wait a few minutes, check your spam folder, and if there's still nothing, request the email again. Recovery links are short-lived for security, so always use the most recent one.
