How to Install Accessibird on a Lightspeed eCom Site

Add the Accessibird snippet to a Lightspeed eCom (formerly SEOshop) storefront via the theme editor.

Lightspeed eCom (formerly SEOshop) lets you add the Accessibird snippet by editing your theme files.

  1. Sign in to your Lightspeed eCom back office.
  2. Go to Design → Theme editor (or Customize theme → Edit code).
  3. Open the layout file layouts/default.rain (some themes use theme.rain or layout.rain).
  4. Paste your Accessibird snippet just before the closing </body> tag.
  5. Click Save.

If you prefer not to edit theme files, you can add the snippet through Settings → Web extras → Tracking codes by placing it in the Footer field. The widget will then load on every storefront page, including product, category, cart, and checkout pages.

Open your shop in a private window to confirm the Accessibird widget appears.
